Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears a grey collared shirt and brown skirt. She accessorizes with a pastel scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She has wavy golden hair. Her ears are large.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He dresses like a well dressed Sellsword does. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against orcs
