History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Aline never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Avice liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Arnold is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Arnold was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is light but she possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
