History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. Through the years after Ermina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ermina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She tends to her Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Beatrice was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
