History: Avelina was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Avelina and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Avelina discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Avelina fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Being a Assassin kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Juliana lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
