Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bernard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Carter and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Eloise was born with her father's beautiful face. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Eloise and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she's looking for her big break
