History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She is a Fletcher first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
