History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Margery was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
