Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a green tunic with yellow highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are blue.
Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Shane lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Shane was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Joan was born with her mother's beautiful face. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are brown.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Apothecary. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Emmeline's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He carries with him a set of daggers, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
