History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'5". She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Williamina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
