History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Mortician, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a mortician again

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
