History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Chad was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Brewer. He became a Brewer soon after.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
