History: Gifted from a young age, Tim studied abroad. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
