Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: The child of a Brewer, who enjoyed hunting, Patrick was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Weaver.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and further expansion of business
