History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a deep hatred of brigands

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Motivation: She is greedy; and sabotage a competitor

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has no hair. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
