Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now owns her own business.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Heather and her spouse have recently divorced.
