He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Everard will drive conversation. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
