He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Bowyer like his mother before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
