Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears baggy black pantaloons and a green scarf. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Diggory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Diggory decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Cook kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Aldous is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Roofer. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: This tall, slender woman dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born in a small desert village. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Emmeline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and someone believes her a fraud
