History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gomory was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is an amazing painter.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gifted student she started as a Shipwright, but she got bored and became a Sage. She has never given up on her painting dream.
