Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
