The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Roofer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: This woman is very fat, and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. With bright brown hair. She has gray eyes.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
