History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Helen never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rolf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rolf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Kyle was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Hunter job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and many brigands want her driven away
