Description: She wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a lance, but if one is not available she will default to her scimitar. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Millicent grew up listening to her father's many stories. Millicent abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. During her travels, Millicent and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Millicent discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Millicent fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to protect her home

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his chestnut hair up. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has wavy white hair. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Matilda took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
