History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Griselda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Roger was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
