History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After months of barely getting by, Dean managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
