Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hadwisa embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Hadwisa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hadwisa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hadwisa and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aline was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Tailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

History: Eleanor hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
