Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Her hair is long and black with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She takes great joy in being the best Merchant in town.

History: Born to a Ruler, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a Mercenary, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and revenge

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
