A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
