History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Ella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
