History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oriel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oriel. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Laborer mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Adelaide hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Banker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Adelaide managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
