Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting giants, the young Melissa began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
