Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Elysande embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Elysande was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Avice was born the youngest of three triplets. Avice abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and to unite with her brother

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Spice Merchant; and he is wracked by social anxiety
