History: Gifted from a young age, Rolf studied abroad. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Elizabeth never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
