History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Juliana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
