Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 94. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
