The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Anselm took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Norman was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Elizabeth never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
