History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Raymond and his spouse have recently divorced.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and sabotage a competitor
