History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Detective again; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alex was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
