History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Navigator. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Unemployed. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Helen embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has never given up on her singing dream.
