Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arnold grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Arnold abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. After a long history of fighting, Arnold and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is physically well-built. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against giants

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
