History: Cory hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Cory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Healer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Adelaide is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
