Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available she will default to her crossbow, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She takes great joy in being the best Knight in town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Knight arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His chestnut hair is cut short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shepherd profession.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and she wants revenge against gnolls
