History: She got into the Cook business at a young age. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now owns her own business.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. She usually wears her white robe and has her shield always slung over her shoulder. She has a hunchback. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Juliana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Juliana was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Juliana decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
