Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Melissa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and she is wracked by social anxiety

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has money and likes to spend it
