Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a large black jacket. His golden hair is long and unkept. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Raymond hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This malnourished man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: Standing 6'4", this man wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
Flaws: Addict, Ugly. Bonds: Immigrant, Mentor. Occupation: Priest
