History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him.
