Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: The child of a Adventurer, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Aldous enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Aldous was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Aldous was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aldous decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She bought a bow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and many dire rats want her driven away
