History: She got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She tends to her Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by her family; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Millicent was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
