History: He was born in a small desert village. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After months of barely getting by, Adelard managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Hunter. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Adelaide was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the east to a Scribe, Henry learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mason. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
