Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Agatha was born with her father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She tends to her Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and retire the richest woman in the south
